SF Pro-Am Salsa Competition

Register to compete in the Pro-Am competition at the SF Salsa Festival

Pro team members(Directors/Principal Dancers) can compete with a non-pro team member within the same company or other company.
As dancers and competitors, there are many individual and collective reasons why people choose to put so much of their heart and soul into social and competitive dance; recognition and reward are but two of the reasons that can be acknowledged through competition. To that end, we believe that competitor's achievement should be recognized and rewarded at all levels.

Pro Am Dance Championship awards will be presented shortly after the competition has been completed, while Competitors are still in costume, and their friends/family are still in the ballroom to share in the moment.

Prizes

5 Couples minimum are required to hold the competition.

First, Second, and Third place winners of the Pro-Am Competition will rewarded with prizes up to $500 as may be made available through sponsors.

Registration fee for each couple is $75
